Service & Repair

Fire Sprinkler Service & Repair in Orlando, FL

Repairs and troubleshooting for commercial fire sprinkler systems in occupied buildings across Central Florida.

Fire sprinkler service work covers everything that happens after a system is in service: a head that starts weeping, a valve that won't seat, corrosion at a fitting, a trip during a storm, or a list of deficiencies handed over after an inspection. The goal is always the same — find the actual cause, correct it properly, and return the system to full service with the impairment documented.

Because most service calls happen in buildings that are open for business, the work has to be planned around tenants, stock, and ceilings. We isolate only what needs to be isolated, protect the space below, and coordinate drain-downs and refills so the system is down for as little time as possible.

Repairs frequently overlap with other parts of the system. A leak at the riser may point to a control valve; a head that keeps getting knocked out may point to a coverage or guard issue after a layout change. We flag what we find rather than only patching the symptom.

FAQ

Common Questions

Our sprinkler system is leaking right now. What should we do?
Call us first so we can advise on your specific situation, and be ready to tell us where the leak is and whether anyone has closed a valve. Shutting a system down puts the building in an impairment, which usually carries notification and fire watch obligations from your insurer and local fire official — so it's worth a two-minute conversation before anyone turns a valve.
Do you repair systems you didn't install?
Yes. Most of our service work is on systems installed by someone else, often years earlier. We'll review whatever records exist, walk the system, and work from what's actually in the building.
Can a single damaged sprinkler head be replaced, or does more have to change?
In most cases a damaged head is replaced individually with a matching head — same type, temperature rating, orifice, and finish. Where a matching head is no longer available or the surrounding piping is compromised, more of the line may need attention. We'll tell you which situation you're in before starting.
How quickly can you get to us?
It depends on the day and the nature of the problem, but active leaks and impairments go to the front of the queue. Call (407) 728-2006 and we'll tell you honestly when we can be there rather than promising a window we can't hold.
