Installation

Commercial Fire Sprinkler Installation

Complete sprinkler system installation for commercial new construction and additions throughout Orlando and Central Florida.

Installation starts long before pipe goes up. The system is designed around the building's occupancy, hazard classification, ceiling construction, and available water supply, then hydraulically calculated and submitted for permit. Getting that stage right is what keeps a project from stalling at inspection.

In the field, sprinkler work lives or dies on coordination. Mains and branch lines share space with duct, conduit, and structure, so we sequence around the other trades and the ceiling grid rather than fighting them later. Underground lead-ins, risers, and fire department connections are set early so the rest of the building can move.

The close-out is part of the job: hydrostatic testing, flushing, main drain tests, AHJ walk-through, and the final paperwork the general contractor needs for certificate of occupancy. We also hand over a system the building's future service contractor can actually work on.
